Sunrise Physical Therapy Strength and Conditioning Sessions
Are you an athlete who wants to improve overall fitness? Join Sunrise PT Emily Slayton for a 4 week strength and conditioning class. We will use a variety of equipment and training methods to increase agility, speed, full body strength, and power. Ages 12+ and all fitness levels are welcome.
Emily Slayton joined Sunrise Physical Therapy this summer having recently completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy from UVM this spring and brings new energy and knowledge to our clinic. She is a certified strength and conditioning coach and an avid athlete. She has a strong background in basketball, having played throughout high school and college. This program will help any athlete improve their fitness level.
