High Intensity Interval Training, don't let the name intimidate you.  This 45 minute class will give you a workout that helps keep your metabolism going and energized throughout the day.  Workouts contain a mix of weight bearing exercises and plyometrics in appropriate proportions to allow the heard rate to fluctuate accordingly.  A previous background in exercising is helpful, but not required.  You put in the amount of effort that works for you and allows you to get what you want out of the class.
